Returns of products or money will not be accepted, since each item in our catalog is described in detail, including measurements, sizes and shape of the product. We recommend that you carefully review the information provided before making your purchase to ensure that the product meets your needs. We do not make size changes. Each garment, once the order is placed, will be manufactured from 0 exclusively to measure for that client. For this reason, each person must be responsible for each order that is placed, with the only exception that the order arrives with a breakage.

· REFUNDS

Reimbursement for products damaged or with factory defects: If you receive a product that has arrived damaged or with a factory defect, we offer a full refund of the cost of the product. To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
Take clear, detailed photos of the damaged or defective product.
Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product.
Please provide the photos and a detailed description of the problem to our customer support team.
Product evaluation: Our customer service team will evaluate the photographs and the description of the problem presented. If it is confirmed that the product has arrived damaged or with factory defects, the money will be refunded.

Refund Process: Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed.
